Registration Information

Current Team Members
Current team members will be receiving a registration packet in the mail. Included in the packet is a team registration form.
The form needs to be completed and returned by Friday, August 24, 2007. This will secure your spot on the team. After we receive your registration form, we will mail you a complete fee schedule and all needed forms and paperwork.

Team registration is in person on Sunday, September 16th (3:30-5:00pm). Every family must attend to pay all fees and submit required paperwork and forms. this year will be a year-round program fee with a nine month program fee payment option. Details will be included in a second mailing containing forms and fee payment info which will be mailed following the return of your registration form.

A reminder that if you choose not to submit a registration form by the due date, re-acceptance to the team will be afforded on a space available basis during tryouts. Returning your form allows us to determine the number of returning swimmers and the number of open spaces for new swimmers.

Prospective members
Prospective members should submit a team registration form.
Return the team registration form by Friday, September 16th and plan on attending the appropriate try-out session.

Prospective members will receive a letter following try-outs with our recommondation. New swimmers accepted to the team will receive fee information and forms that will need to be completed. Parents of new swimmers accepted to the team should plan on attending the team registration on Sunday, September 16th (2:30-3:30pm) to submit completed paperwork and registering as a Family Y Member upon acceptance. A second mailing containing forms and fee payment info will be mailed following the tryout period.
