2007 Zone & Junior National Swimmers
15 Water Rat Swimmers will compete at Zone and Junior National competitions in August.

Olympic Gold Medalist and NBC Commentator Rowdy Gaines
visit the Y recently along with Russel Mark,
the USA National Team's
Biomechanics Coordinator. They met some swimmers, talked to some
swimmers and Rowdy even got in the water to workout with the team!

Michigan and David
