Water Rats Parents Club Board Elections

On Thursday, June 7, 2007, the Water Parents Club will host its Annual Meeting. At this meeting an election will take place on the presented slate of officers for open positions for the parent run board.

In accordance with the Water Rat Parents Club By-Laws – Article IV Section 3 – The Nominating Committee is presenting is slate of officers – see below – 30 days prior to the election. Please note the following as stated in the by-laws:

Additional nominations may be made by 10 or more voting members of the Club who present their nomination(s) in writing to the Nominating Committee no later than 20 days before the Annual Meeting. The Nominating Committee shall then present such additional nominations to the entire Club membership at least 10 days prior before the Annual Meeting. The election of officers shall take place at the Annual Meeting.

Should any member of the Water Parents Club have any interest, need clarification or would like to submit a nomination in accordance with the team by-laws as stated above should contact Jeanne Bowles, Chair of the Nominating Committee.
