The Westport Public School has extended Kindergarten on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (dismissal at 3:00pm) The Westport Weston Family Y has designed a program with a schedule to meet the needs of families in the community with children in Kindergarten. Kinderkids offers a variety of recreational activities including swim, gym, art and other creative activities during the afternoon.

Early-Bird Program

The Westport Weston Family Y Early Bird program is a before school program, caring for Kindergarten through 5th grade children before the school day begins, starting at 7:00 am.

Hours:	7:00 am - 8:30 or 9:00 am (Depending upon school hours)
Location: Long Lots Elementary School
Includes:	Light breakfast Reading Social/Relaxation

Before school programs are not currently available for Weston students.

School Age After-School Program

The Westport Weston Family Y After School programs provide a safe, fun and educational environment for 1st through 5th grade children from the time the school day ends until 6:00 pm. School half days are included from dismissal time if they fall on your child's regularly scheduled day. We offer After-School Programs for all Westport and Weston students.

Hours:	3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Location:	Long Lots Elementary School (includes all area schools)
Includes:	Snack Outdoor play Free swim (Thursdays - pick up at Y) Swim lessons Art Activites Table games Homework help

Vacation Special Program

The Westport Weston Family Y Vacation Special program provides days packed with fun activities on the days when school is in recess. (Except December holiday week, New Years Day and two Staff Development Days) The program is for 1st through 6th grade children and takes place at the Westport Weston Family Y.
