Rob Reeves became the Chief Executive Officer of the Family Y in January, 2009. Rob began his career with the Y in 1979 at the Greater Lawrence YMCA in Lawrence, MA, where he was the Youth Physical Director. His career includes stops at the YMCAs in Marblehead, MA, Harrisburg, PA, and Bangor, ME. Rob graduated in 1979 with a B.S. Degree in Physical Education from Springfield College in Springfield, MA. Rob and his wife Joanne have two adult daughters, and are active at Greens Farms Church. Rob is a member of the Rotary Club of Westport.
Shin has been with the Family Y since 2005. He is a 30 year veteran of the not-for- profit sector, most recently served as a Vice President of Finance for a major international not-for-profit organization. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys commuting to work on his bicycle.
Paul oversees the Family Y’s “Building What Matters” capital campaign to fund and construct a new Y facility at its 32-acre Mahackeno campus, the Strong Kids Campaign, our annual fundraising effort, and planned giving, regarding the Bedford Society. Paul has managed development campaigns and marketing programs for a variety of nonprofits over the past 25 years, most recently St. Joseph High School in Trumbull. He has also served as executive director for Youth for the Third Millennium (Mission Youth) Inc., growing the organization from 60 youth members to more than 10,000 over a 10-year span. He began his career with the Boy Scouts of America, Inc., serving as a senior district executive, then field director.Paul received his B.A. in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and earned a Masters in Social Work Administration from Fordham University. A native of Watertown, Paul and his wife, Bridget, have six children, and reside in Oxford.
Jay joined the Family Y in February 2013 after spending the past six years at the Southington-Cheshire Community YMCA. While in Southington, Jay served as Youth Programs Director and the Director of the YMCA Camp Sloper Outdoor Center Program. He is certified by Y-USA as a Team Leader and is active in the YMCA Movement in Connecticut through participation in several organizations, including the Association of YMCA Professionals and the Connecticut Program and Membership Network. Jay received his B.A. in History from the University of Connecticut.
Pat has worked at the Family Y since 1998. He has been in the construction trade for 24 years and holds an E1 Master Electricians License, as well as Being a Certified Pool Operator. He stays current by attending many seminars in the American Management Association and currently belongs to the YMCA Property Management Network Association. In addition he is active in the YMCA of the USA Property Development Program. Pat enjoys spending time with his two boys, working out, martial arts and reading.

Rose has worked at the Family Y since 2001. She previously held the positions of fundraising manager as well as Director of Database Management. A resident of Westport since 1999, Rose is active in local community affairs and enjoys fitness activities and spending time with her family.
Lillian is a native of Connecticut and began her training locally where she participated in numerous regional and national dance competitions. Lillian, who earned a Dance Certificate from Naugatuck Valley Community College in 2007, has taught dance at the WWFY Dance Center for five years. She has studied in NYC at Broadway Dance Center, concentrating on Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tap with Chris Hale, Jim Clark, Frank Hatchett, Fernando, Bette Morrow, Leslie Feliciano and Rodney Moore. Lillian has performed and choreographed in productions of 42nd Street, Damn Yankees, Annie and Annie Get Your Gun to name a few and was a member of the Terpsichorean Dance Ensemble at NVCC
Tasha has been serving families with young children at the Y since 1998. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in teaching and learning at Post University. Tasha enjoys yoga and is passionate about supporting children’s development.
Meaghan George joined the Family Y in the winter of 2012. She has been working in the Y camp world since 1997 in New York and Connecticut. Meg is a graduate of Springfield College where she earned a degree in Human Services and Administration with a concentration in Y management. She greatly enjoys the outdoors and sharing that love with her campers and staff.
Brian is a life-long YMCA participant and member. Growing up at the Valley YMCA in Ansonia, Connecticut, Brian learned the Y’s values and has made serving the YMCA his career. Over the past two decades, he has worked at the Valley, Stamford, Norwalk and the Hamden/North Haven YMCA. Brian began his professional Y career in 2002 and has managed several departments including Aquatics, Health & Wellness, Rec Sports and Membership and Marketing. Brian is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Recreation and Health & Human Services. He enjoys health and wellness, and outdoor recreational activities.
Shelley has worked at the Family Y since 1986 as a Group Fitness Instructor and Group Fitness Coordinator. She is certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and Cancer Exercise Training Institute, and holds many specialized fitness certifications including Yoga, MELT, Turbo Kick and Drums Alive. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children.
Joe Query joined the Westport Weston Family Y in November 2005 as the Director of Human Resources, handling all aspects of payroll, benefits and human resources as well as assisting the CFO with other accounting functions. Joe held a similar position with Weston Woods Studios and his background is quite varied, having originated mortgages, owned a residential remodeling business, and spent several years in Washington working on Capitol Hill. He also volunteers as a Youth and Government advisor for the Y, passing on his passion for United States government and history.

Sally has been with the Family Y since 1987. She holds a B.S. in Physical Education K-12 and a Minor in Music Education. Sally grew up as a competitive gymnast and swimmer and worked at the Westport Weston Family Y as a lifeguard, gymnastic and swim instructor, counselor and waterfront director. Prior to her Director life at the Y, she taught in the Norwalk Public School System . In addition, she is coach to the Y’s internationally ranked Exhibition Gymnastic Team and a regular guest choreographer, clinician, workshop speaker and Area Representative for USA Gymnastics. Sally is most proud of her family.

Scott joined the Family Y as Director of Communications in January 2011. He previously held the position of director of communications, editor, for the United States Golf Association and has been a staff writer and editor for an array of magazines, including BusinessWeek, Bon Appetit and Golf Digest. A resident of Westport since 1998, Scott is active in local community affairs, most recently serving as chair of the town-appointed Longshore 50th Anniversary Committee. He is a member of the Friends of Westport’s Parks & Recreation group and has also served on Westport’s Golf Advisory Committee since its formation in 2002.
Nicole has been a part of the Westport Weston Family Y since 2003, as a lifeguard and part-time swim instructor. After leaving to teach preschool for a few years, she returned in 2010. She enjoys working with children and being a part of the Y. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
