Water Rats Support Al's Angels

Last year Water Rat Swimming lost two members of its extended family to cancer. Masato Sakaguchi was only four when he passed away on July 10, 2010. Then in September Maura Marden, a breast cancer survivor, passed away after battling acute myelogenous leukemia.

The last day of practice for the 8/U, AG and Senior Teams (except those going to Y Nationals) will be Thursday, March 24. There will be no practice until the optional clinics which will be held April 4-7 and April 11-14. The first day of the new Long Course season will begin on Monday, April 25. Regional Championship Update

Warm-up Time for Afternoon Session Changed

The warm up and start times for the afternoon sessions of the Regional Championship has been changed. Warm-up for the 12/U Boys and 13/O girls is now 11:30 am. The new meet start is 12:45 pm.

Revised Age Group Practice Schedule

Changes Because of Winter Break & Regional Championship

The practice schedule for Monday 2/21 will be as follows:

Monday 2/21/11:
JAG 1&2 - 11:00am-12:15pm
SAG & TAG1&2 - 12:15-2:00pm

This schedule is for Monday only. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday will be regular weekday practice schedule.

For swimmers NOT swimming at Regionals, Friday practice:
