New Summer Strength Training Class

Mondays and Wednesdays, June 28-August 20th
The Y is offering a strength training class this summer for teen competitive swimmers (ages 12 and up). The focus will be on increasing muscle strength, flexibility and core strength using light weights and cardio machines.
