Championship Information and Practice Schedule Changes

Although Championship Mania gets into full swing this upcoming weekend with the Connecticut Regional Championships, we already have a couple of championship meets under our belts this season. New Regionals Warm-Up Times for 13/Overs

The warm-up and start times have changed slightly for this weekend's 13/Over Regional Championships. Swimmers should be on deck at 7 am for a 7:15 am warm up on both Saturday and Sunday. The meet will start at 8:30 am....
