Seniors Assigned to AM Session at Regionals

Saturday and Sunday On-Deck Time is 7:00 am
The 13/Overs will swim in the morning session at Regionals this weekend. The meet is at Wesleyan University and warm up is at 7:15 am on Saturday and Sunday. Please be on deck by 7:00. New Summer Strength Training Class

The Y is offering a strength training class this summer for teen competitive swimmers (ages 12 and up).
