WHADDDUP RED & BLUE!

Just wanted to let all the swimmers and their parents know how awesome both the Red and Blue swimmers have been doing for the last month.

When coaching young swimmers I try and teach them to focus on how they are swimming and not necessarily how fast they are swimming. At this age it is important to focus on getting down the pool with technique and not just brute force. The most important thing young swimmers need is a foundation to build off of while they grow and extend their training. This is what the Red and Blue groups have been doing so well. They are laying the foundation for great swimming futures. Great is a word we use all the time at practice we look to be great at everything we do.
