Team Headlines

A total of 33 Water Rat Swim Team members have been invited to the 2011 Annual Awards Banquet, where Connecticut Swimming honors swimmers from the Nutmeg State. Connecticut's top 16 swimmers in each individual event for each age group, including the Open Water Championship, and Connecticut Scholar Athletes have been invited to the banquet, which will be held at the Aqua Turf Club on November 6, 2011.

The invitation list recently was posted on Connecticut Swimming's website. Invitations also will be sent in the mail. Water Rats who are now in college outside of Connecticut should arrange to have their awards sent to them. Everybody else has until Sunday, September 25 to register for the banquet.
