Thank You 9/Under Meet Volunteers!
What a kick-off to summer! In the extreme heat and humidity of yesterday afternoon, the Westport Water Rats hosted a terrific 9/Under meet. It was a sauna!! We would like to extend a sincere thank you to the many volunteers who helped make the meet possible. Several of you responded to requests for help to fill specific positions and we sincerely appreciate it! (You know who you are!) We couldn't have done it without you. To all of the parents, siblings, officials, timers, organizers on deck and behind the scenes, coaching staff, and YMCA personnel who helped out yesterday we say.... THANK YOU!! Go WRATS!!
