Modified Practice Schedule for First Week (See Below)
Are you ready to get back into the pool? Only a few more days to the start of the 2009-2010 short course season and a new adventure in your swimming career. The main emphasis is stroke technique only. This first week will lay down the initial base for the foundation as we build up the training.
