Senior Stroke Clinics
April 5-7 and 13-15, 4:00-5:15 at the Y
The Senior team has a wonderful opportunity to enhance stroke mechanics before Long Course begins:
When: April 5, 6, 7, 13, 14 &15
Time: 4-515 pm
Where: Westport Weston Family Y
Each day will target a stroke focusing on specific drills as well as starts and turns. This will help prepare you for the upcoming long course season which starts on April 26th. It's a drop-in and no formal sign-up is necessary.
The senior team coaching staff is excited to be able to offer these clinics and is eager to help swimmers enhance and reinforce stroke skills. We hope many of you will attend as many days as possible.
