IMX Meet and Practice Schedule
The Cheshire IMX meet is this weekend at the Jack Suydam Natatorium 1615 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT (Central CT State University). For both Saturday & Sunday 11&12 swimmers must be at the pool by 6:45am for a 7:00am warm-up. All 13&Over swimmers please be on deck by 3:15pm for a 3:30pm warm-up. If you are not sure that you are entered or what you are swimming please check the online entry on the website under "Swimmers > Team Manager Online > Entries > 6th Annual IMX" or click here. Not everyone was entered in this meet and some were only entered in certain events so check the entry carefully. There will be regular Sunday TAG practice from 7:30-9:00am. There are no practices on Saturday.
Thank you to all the parents and swimmers who came out to the parents meeting this past Sunday. Also a big thank you to Betsy Auray for hosting the event at her lovely home. It was really nice to see everyone and get the opportunity to talk to you about the season. I'll continue to keep you posted on a regular basis through emails. A few other Reminders:
• Saturday November 5, 9-10 am in the Breslin room- Please attend a coffee at the Y to hear an update on our plans to build our new family Y.
• Mark your calendars on Tuesday November 8 5:15 pm for our Annual BLUE and RED INTRA-SQUAD meet. This is a FUN function that involves the entire WRAT team.
• Saturday November 12- Maura Marden FREESTYLE FRENZY at the Y. Everyone plan to be here at our home pool to swim some fast Freestyle!
• November 18-20, Pam Libertiny Qualifier@ NCY. The final entry will be up on the website by next week.
• November 24-25-NO PRACTICE-HAPPY THANKSGIVING
• Saturday November 26-2nd Annual Turkey Burn Workout@ Staples HS. This is another fun activity where the age group program gets to run and swim- details to follow.
• MONDAY NOVEMBER 28 is the start of our winter session. Please check the website for the days and times of each group.
