Register Online for the 2011-12 Season
Returning Swimmers Must Register by September 10
Water Rat registration is now open
We decided it was easier and more cost effective to put this year's registration information on the website rather than send it to parents in the mail. This year all registration will be done online. There are no forms to fill out by hand. You'll be asked to check a box to agree to the revised Swimmers, Parents and Coaches Agreement and the Water Rats Parents' Club Volunteer Policy for 2011-012. Click here for a PDF of the registration packet. It includes the swimmer and parents agreement, the Parent Club volunteer policy and a list of fees (all of which can be paid by credit card).
After downloading and carefully reading the packet, please follow the directions below to register. Remember, you must complete your Water Rat registration by September 10th to avoid late charges and to guarantee your child's place on the team.
Registration Instructions
Click to go to the Water Rat section of the Y's online program registration system.
· Select Water Rat Swim Team if needed
· Select your child's practice group (You were told the group by e-mail last month. If you lost the message, please contact me.)
· Scroll to the bottom and click ‘register’
· Sign in to your account. If you have trouble with this step, please call the front desk at 203-226-8981 as they may be able to help
· Select the member you wish to register (your child or your family must be a member of the Y)
· To update your membership, please come to the Y
· All sessions will be selected. Do not deselect any of these or your child will not be registered for the team
· Click ‘next’
· Answer all of the questions and provide all of the emergency and health information
· Click ‘next’
· If you would like to pay the full amount now, click ‘check out’
· If you would like to schedule payments, click the boxes in the schedule list. If you do so, your credit card will be charged on the due dates listed. Next click ‘check out’
· Type in your credit card information and click ‘finish’
· You will receive a confirmation e-mail
