JAG Turkey Burn November 26
8:00 am at Staples High School
Our 2nd Annual Turkey Burn workout will be this Saturday, November 26 at Staples High School. The activity includes running and swimming events.
TIME: The JAG teams should meet at the track at 8:00 am
WHAT TO WEAR: They should wear warm comfortable running clothes and running sneakers. They should also wear their bathing suit UNDER their running clothes.
WORKOUT: The workout will consist of a timed race that includes a 1 mile run and a 1,000 yard swim.
PARENTS: It is not mandatory, but it would be nice to have parents around to help assist the transition from running to swimming and maybe to help with counting the 40 laps.
The total practice time will be about 1 hour.
We will hand out "Turkey" Duckies to all that complete the race!

Ps. Our practices this week are the same Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. There is NO practice Thursday and Friday.
Our next swim meet is Sunday December 4 at Hopkins School in New Haven.
