JAG News
Ho, Ho, Ho.....the season is upon us! And to help you survive the holiday, here is a quick update!
1) We had an OUTSTANDING meet at Hopkins on Sunday December 4. I have not received the official results yet, but I am sure EVERYONE went at least 2 best times!!!!!! We had a number of new swimmers qualify for events at AGE GROUPS and Y NEW ENGLANDS and that is exciting!
2) Our next meet is home on Saturday December 17 with New Canaan YMCA. I will give you more information next week, but tentatively we are looking at a 10:30 am start. It should be a short, quick, fun meet.
3) If you are going to be away for the holidays, please let me know. For the week of Dec 26, we will be having a different practice schedule time..(most likely it will be in the morning)
4) I will be going home to Florida December 13-15 to pick up MOM for the holidays and will have limited access to the Internet. Any questions you may have should be directed to Coach Mark for those 3 days.
5) There will be NO PRACTICE December 23, 24, 25, 26. ENJOY the time together with your family!
6) Don't forget to order a TEAM TOWEL by December 9. Order forms are on the website. (They are really awesome and if you have your child's name embroidered on it, I will be able to hand it back to you when they leave it at meets!)

Jan 21 Pentathlon at WRAT
Jan 27-29 Wahoo Invitational (this meet is only open to JAG I swimmers)
The championship season begins in February with
February 11-12 Y STATES @ Cheshire
February 24-26 CT Regional Championship TBA
For qualified swimmers:
March 15-18 CT Age Group Champions @ Wesleyan
March 31-April 1 Y New Englands @ Harvard
