It’s Time to Register for the 2010-2011 Season
Register by Mail or Online
Registration has started. We ask that you get your registration materials in by September 1st so that we can assess how many spots we can fill at tryouts.
First, download the Registration Packet. It includes the group your child has been assigned to as well as important fee information, details about our upcoming Expo and various forms which must be signed including Medical Forms, Codes of Conduct, and the Volunteer Commitment Form.
BY MAIL, FAX, E-MAIL OR IN PERSON
•Please check the placement lists on pages 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the packet and see which group your child has been placed in. Please note that some of the group names have changed.
•Please fill out the additional forms including the Registration Form, Fee page and Authorization, Codes of Conduct (for parents and swimmers), Medical Forms, and Volunteer Commitment Form.
•You may pay your USA Swimming fee by credit card with your registration fees or, you may pay it separately by check at the Expo:
8/under: $275.00
Age Group: $325.00 (includes Pre-Senior groups)
Senior: $350.00
•If you choose to pay in 6 monthly installments, they will start on 9/15/10 and end 2/15/11. You will be charged on the day your packet is processed for the USA Swimming Escrow.
•Once your packet is received and processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
NEW ONLINE OPTION

•Follow these instructions:
1. Click on this link in internet explorer
2. Click on Aquatics then Click Water Rat Swim Team 2010-2011
3. Click in the box next to the group you would like to register for
4. Click register
Choose one of the three prompts:
1. Sign in and register if you have created an account and know your password
2. Reset password if you have created an account and forgot your password
3. Create an account online by entering your last name, birth date and zip code (keep in mind that when switching over systems, some of the information may not have transferred correctly. If you are having trouble, please contact our member service desk at 203-226-8981 so they can check to make sure your information is accurate in our new system so you can create an account).
Once you are logged into your account:
1. Click the arrow next to the person who you would like to register
2. Read over the Team Code and click I accept
3. Leave all boxes checked and click next (un-checking any boxes will result in an incomplete registration)
4. Click the appropriate button for USA Swimming Escrow (If you are part of the Pre-Senior team, click the Age Group button)
5. Read and click agree to the apparel question
6. Click next
7. If you would like to pay in full or partial, click all or some of the boxes on the right, otherwise you will be scheduled to be charged on the 15th of each month starting in September. The only money that is due now if you choose to schedule your payments is the USA Swimming escrow payment.
8. Enter your credit card information and click finish
9. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your registration is received by one of the coaching staff. We will also send over a medical and information sheet to be filled out and sent back.
Keep in mind that all Parents Club dues as well as the other forms (including the Codes of Conduct and the Volunteer Commitment Form) will be collected at the mandatory Expo on Sunday, September 19th at 2:00pm.
