Dear All -

The swimmers at Regionals kicked off the championship portion for the 2010 Long Course season with a bang. We had a tremendous meet and all the swimmers are to be commended for their efforts. Thank you to the parents who stepped fulfilled our team's timing responsibilities and to the officials who helped run the meet. (I know many of you will do so again during the next two weekends.) The Connecticut Senior Championship is next this coming weekend, followed by Age Groups, Super Sectionals and Zones.

A few clarifications regarding the practice schedule for this week:

Senior II & III
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 615-815 @ Staples
Saturday: 815-10 @ The Y
Monday, July 26: 615-815 @ Staples

Senior I
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6-8 @ Hunt Club
Friday: 615-815 @ Staples
Saturday: 815-10 @ The Y
Monday, July 26: 615-815 @ Staples

A few notes

For those swimming a full event load at CT Seniors this upcoming weekend, we will be making some practice modifications and will let you know at practice.
No Thursday PM practice at Staples.
No Monday practice at the Hunt Club.
