IMX Meet this Weekend & Practice Changes
Advanced Group
This weekend (October 24 & 25) the Advanced Group will be up at Wesleyan for the IMX meet. This will be a great meet to see some fast swims! On Saturday warm ups start at 11:30 am with a 12:20 pm start time. On Sunday warm ups start at 9:00 am with a 9:50 am start time. The Advanced Group will have the day off from practice on Monday, October 26th.
Intermediate I & II
Great job in practice. There has been a lot of strong effort from everyone and we're expecting a lot of improvement to come from it. Our meet at New Canaan went very well last weekend. It was early in the season for a meet, but it gave us a great starting point to see what we need to focus on in practice as we go into our upcoming meets.
