A Big Thank You from Coach Betsy
I would like to thank everyone involved in the JAG groups for a great short course season! I am extremely proud of all the swimmers in JAG I and II. They have come a long way. They have learned to train hard, to work together as a group, and to see that good stroke technique and commitment to the program results in fast swims.
