8/Under News

Just a reminder that today November 15th is the sign out date for the CDOG 8/Under meet held in Cheshire on Dec. 5th. This meet has an 8:40AM check in time and should be concluded by 2pm at the latest. If you have conflicts in the afternoon please let me know so I can enter your swimmers in the earlier events. Also please remember that the Coaching staff really wants swimmers to stay through the completion of the meet. We know everyone is very busy but staying through to the end of the session is important for team building. We are a team and want to swim as a team. Relays will be held at the end of the session so to swim in relays swimmers must stay through the entire meet.

I also wanted to give Red & Blue a heads up that I will be running a racing start clinic on Sunday Nov. 21st. The Red team session will run from 1-3pm, the Blue team session will run from 2-3pm.
