SAG & TAG II Practice & AG Championship News

We have had our last AM practice at Mahackeno. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (July 19, 20 and 21) practice will be at the YMCA from 5:15-6:30pm. Thursday, July 21 is the last scheduled practice for the season.

Special Age Group Long Course Practice

To be held at Wilton YMCA
In final preparation for the upcoming CT Long Course Age Group Championships this coming weekend all attending swimmers are invited to attend a special warm-up practice at the Wilton YMCA Wednesday (July 20) from 7:45-9:00pm. Please bring your YMCA membership cards to the front desk for check-in.

Regionals, Age Groups and New Englands!

This past weekend the Water Rats had 53 swimmers compete in the Connecticut Regional Championship at Southern Connecticut State University. The weekend was a HUGE success!

We had:
* 187 personal best times
* 29 New England cuts
* 19 Age Group cuts
* 17 people who went best times in all their events!
* 13 Regional Champions
