From I-95, Exit 17: Left off exit from either direction onto Saugatuck Ave. Go 1.5 miles and turn right on Route 1 (Post Rd.) Cross over bridge; the second light is Main St. The Family Y is on the Northeast corner of Main St. and Post Rd.

From Merritt Parkway, Exit 41: From New Haven, turn right or, from New York, turn left onto Route 33 (Wilton Rd.) Go 1.5 miles to Route 1 (Post Rd.) and turn left. Cross over bridge; the second light is Main St. The Family Y is on the Northeast corner of Main St. and Post Rd.
